New Harbour Capital Partners (New Harbour) is an independent boutique fund manager. It offers a disciplined value oriented approach to investing in Asia.
As a Registered Fund Management Company (RFMC), New Harbour operates under the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289) of Singapore, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
Fundamentally driven stock selection and disciplined risk management underpin New Harbour’s investment approach.
We seek to invest in businesses that have an attestable competitive edge and are worth materially more than what their current prices imply. New Harbour also invests in companies which offer deep value in their balance sheets and have a sustainable business model but are currently out of favour.
Conversely, companies with structural earnings deterioration are short candidates.
New Harbour manages the New Harbour Asia Fund (Cayman Island registered and domiciled), a long-biased equity fund that invests primarily in listed companies operating principally in Asia. It seeks to achieve substantially above market returns over a three year rolling period with below market draw-downs.
New Harbour welcomes queries on separately managed accounts.
